Grid Rating: The puzzle got an excellent rating of 9.3. It was rated a perfect 10 by 27 out of the 52 folks who voted (52%). The lowest rating was 6.

Thanks to the overwhelming response from all of you who gave this a shot.

It was an experimental attempt and with the 100% checking, in hindsight, maybe the clues could have been tougher – but I went with this so that the new concept would be approachable to those who have never solved a spiral puzzle before.

Now that I know how to make it, hope I can create more puzzles of this kind when I can set aside some time. The solvers ratings and the comments in the thread below
