Ganesh Raman hosted last week and here’s his summary of the results.

We finished this week’s contest with 21 clues, but there were 27 voters – special thanks to Bhalchandra Pasupathy, Melissa McSeismal, N Anantakrishnan, Ramesh Swaminathan, Ratna Rao, Simon Hill and Vinay Narayanaswamy for putting in their votes even though they didn’t participate. We had one cluer who didn’t vote.

On to the top 5 finishers…..

In 5th place, we have Amrita Majumdar with 19 points for “Don accepts the conditions”

In 4th place, Sowmya Ramkumar scores 21 points for “Brave man in hot water”

Adman_i takes the 3rd place with 23 points for “Endure extremes of heatwave, submerged in running water”

In 2nd place, Samit Kallianpur scores 24 points for “Conditions were extremely heart-wrenching”

And finally, Satyen Nabar emerges as the clear winner with 40 points for “How a tree releases oxygen, changing atmospheric conditions”
