1) Decode the subtitle of the puzzle.

2) Solve these three parts of the puzzle’s introduction:

13, 28, 22, 14

The online interactive version can be completed and submitted by anyone who wishes to participate, on or before EOD 22nd May 2019.. All those who submit entries have a chance to enter our leader board for 2019.

  1. Too complicated for my understanding. I have tried in vain to solve this.
    I wonder if this is a crossword or a mathematical puzzle. Pardon my saying so.
    Did not like it one bit.
